His experience as an advocate has allowed him to obtain Higher Rights of audience before any Civil Court or Tribunal in England and Wales.  He is also a founding partner at SNS Solicitors and during his practice has come to realise the gap in the provision of local, quality and affordable mediation services for his clients.

 

Gareth has experience of civil and commercial mediation and focuses on Land & Property, Neighbour disputes,  Landlord and Tenant disputes and Contentious Probate.  Gareth has extensive knowledge of the advantages of Alternative Dispute Resolution and encourages the use of mediation wherever possible as a practical and cost saving alternative to court proceedings.
